SHIPPING POLICY
It is very important to us that your journey of change is easy and pleasant, so we make every effort to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your orders.
1. Order Preparation Times

In-Stock Items: If your selected wig, topper, or care product is in stock, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

Custom Orders and Services: If you have ordered custom manufacturing, adjustments, mesh repairs, or custom coloring/styling, the preparation timeframe will be arranged personally during your consultation (depending on the complexity of the work).
2. Delivery Methods and Prices in Lithuania
To ensure your privacy and convenience, we offer several delivery options:

Delivery to Omniva / LP Express / DPD parcel lockers: From €6.00 (Delivered within 1–3 business days from shipment).

Courier Service (directly to your home or office): From €6.00 (Delivered within 3–4 business days from shipment).

In-Studio Pickup: You can pick up your order free of charge at our studio in the Ukmergė district, by prior arrangement of the meeting time.
3. International Delivery
We ship orders worldwide. The cost and timeframe for international delivery depend on the country:

Within the European Union: €15.00–€26.00, delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days.

Outside the European Union: Delivery costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout or arranged personally via email at
martynas@barry.lt. The Buyer is responsible for any additional import duties or customs taxes that may apply in the recipient's country.
4. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your shipment is handed over to the courier or placed in a parcel locker, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number so you can conveniently monitor its journey.
5. Damaged Shipments
We pack every order with utmost care and love. However, if you notice that the packaging is visually damaged or crushed upon receiving your shipment, please make sure to take photos of it before opening and contact us immediately via email at jurgita@barry.lt or by phone at +370 634 44035.
